An Invitation from Dr. Gerry Costa, Director of the YCS Institute

Join Us In Argentina. YCS Scientific Exchange Trip. May 14 - May 21, 2007. I am writing to invite you to participate in an exciting venture that the YCS Institute is planning during May 14 - May 21, 2007. In conjunction with Dr. Marian Wiener-Margulies of our faculty, we have organized a scientific and cultural exchange visit exploring infant mental health with early childhood mental health professionals and university partners in Argentina! The cost of the trip is $2918 all inclusive. The price includes round trip international air fare (from NY), luxury hotel double occupancy, two gourmet meals a day, transfers and transportation for group activities in Buenos Aires, and scientific, cultural, site-seeing and entertainment activities. A $150 registration fee to the YCS is incuded in the price (price does not include airport taxes). (Optional price without airfare is $2357.) Please review the link below for more details.

This trip will provide us with an opportunity to visit with colleagues in Argentina, explore the field of infant mental health in that country, share the current trends and advances from the United States, and at the same time enjoy the many exciting offerings in this culturally rich and fun-loving city. Argentina is a very important country in the field of psychology and the people here are excited and very much looking forward to meet you. http://www.fma.if.usp.br/~bertha/Argentina/colon.jpg. Our psychologists in Argentina are hoping to engage the group in exchanges of ideas, networking, presentations and discussions, and in the exploration of possible mutual cooperation programs. Aside from that, we also have an exciting schedule of culture and entertainment, including visits to museums, concerts, tango dancing and Gaucho "asados".

The trip will be sponsored by the YCS Institute and with the cooperation of faculty from the University of Palermo, and the University of Buenos Aires.
